The renter will make arrangements for hall rentals with the American Legion representative and will pay the full rental fee upon signing of this agreement. In case of cancellation, 50% will be refunded within 30 days of this agreement. After 30 days, the full fee is forfeited.

The renter is responsible for providing all food, beverages, and ice to be consumed at the event. The renter is responsible for conduct of their guests and will insure that minors will not be served or allowed to consume alcohol!

The American Legion will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal property, or for any personal injury or other liabilities that are caused by the renter or their guests, in the building, on the grounds, or after leaving the premises.

The renter will be responsible for the clean up of all food, beverages, trash, and all other materials brought into the hall prior to, or during, their event. (Use the bags provided to dispose of all trash) All decorations, including any tape, staples, or tacks MUST be removed or security deposit will not be refunded.

NO DECORATIONS TO BE PLACED ON OR NEAR THE FANS
